We first opened our doors in Melbourne in 1985, and since then have grown from a much-loved local pasta shop, to an industry renowned producer of fresh pasta.

Our family business now spans three generations and we proudly supply some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, hotels and events.  From our retail store in Caulfield and through our partners like Thomas Dux, David Jones and Leo’s Supermarket, we also cater for everyday pasta lovers too.
