We started serving handcrafted pasta to the public from our original store in Elsternwick in 1985.
From the very start we’ve focused on making the freshest and tastiest pasta in Australia, and to do this we work with great care and attention to detail, we exclusively source all our ingredients from accredited suppliers who are equally committed to delivering outstanding quality.
In more recent years we have expanded upon our retail range of traditional fresh pasta, to include ready-made pasta meals and sauces, which make weeknight dinner times delicious and hassle-free.
We are also HACCP certified and approved for gluten free manufacturing, which means you can pick up great tasting gluten free pasta from our store or one of our fantastic stockists.
About Our Retail
We recently refurbished our retail store here in Caulfield, which means you can now pick up a wide range of freshly made pastas any day of the week, as well as enjoy our selection of take-home meals, pizzas, lasagnas, sauces and other delicious items.
Our in-store pasta range includes; Ravioli, Tortelloni, Agnellotti, Cannelloni, Gnocchi, Cut Pasta, as well as many other varieties. We are constantly adding new varieties based on the current season.
If you don’t live near our Caulfield-based retail store, you can find our range of fresh pasta and sauces at a number of stockists around Victoria, including Thomas Dux, David Jones and Leo’s Supermarkets.
