Developing gluten free pasta that tastes amazing has been one of our toughest challenges to date.
Our team has spent two years researching and developing methods to ensure we produce a great tasting pasta that complies with gluten free manufacturing standards certified by The Coeliac Society of Australia and our HACCP food safety programs.
We’re proud to say the hard work has paid off as we now produce perhaps the best tasting gluten free pasta in Australia. Equally important, our gluten free pasta undergoes regular microbiological testing to ensure the highest standards.
About Our Gluten Free
There are currently six products available to food service and retail customers;
Large Ravioli Roasted Pumpkin & Sweet Potato – Roasted Pumpkin, Sweet Potato & Fresh Spinach (No Dairy)
Large Ravioli Mediterranean Vegetable – Roasted Eggplant, Sundried Tomatoes, Peppers, Basil, Garlic, Ricotta
Ravioli Small Spinach & Ricotta – Fresh Baby Spinach, Pecorino, Ricotta (Fructose Free)
Ravioli Small Roasted Tomato & Veal – Veal Braised with Tomatoes, Carrot & Celery (Fructose Free)
Our range also accommodates for Lactose and Fructose (no onion or garlic) intolerances. This information is clearly labelled on the front of each pack.
Please note our products contain whole pasteurised eggs and are therefore NOT suitable for individuals with egg intolerance or vegans.
